hi again!
i've spent so much time wondering waht to include in my diet - what supplements, i mean, as I cannot eat anything but potatoes and some sandwiches.. (bread, ham and margarine)
and even that does not quite agree with my bowels.
i live in canada - i don't know which brands are reliable, i know i should use some fish oil, flax seed oil and probably evening primrose oil for my eczema, and also - some multivitamins and probiotics, but which brand? what dosage? where to buy them..
i visited a health food store today, but feel confused...
if you have already discussed that, please refer me to that thread..
