Jamie - i'm glad the pred is giving you some comfort - that's what it seems to do best before it starts kicking your hiney - i don't think there are too many old timers on here that will tell you any different - the sooner you get off the pred the better - just don't get in a hurry cuz that's another of it's "special" quirks - too fast too soon can lead to trouble -
you might think about juicing your fruits & veggies - kind of pre digests everything which is what your body needs - the nutrients but not all the work - and try to limit the fruit for a while - juicing increases the amount of natural sugar you get in a serving, which your gut probably doesn't need right now -
