I'm sure we've all felt that way when we flare at one time or another. But then we come out of our flare and our Uc is the least thing on our minds. We go out and enjoy life again. If your Uc is to the point that it's making you depressed, you should go see your doc and ask about
anti-depressants. Many Uc'ers take this to help them cope.

kenlaszlo,
As Sherry mentioned, all of us have had our bad days, so don't let this get to you.
If you need to vent about
something, then vent away as there's always some sort of a solution, and maybe someone here can point you in the right direction.
And if things seem to get overwhelming at times then try meditating. Meditation can work wonders - I think an agitated mind is often a large part of the problem.

Really thank you everyone.
Has been a lot of help in many ways.
I'll get the courage once again.
Always be happy.

Not a problem. Most 'normal' people probably don't understand many of the physical and emotional issues that people with UC have to go through, but don't feel like you're going through this alone.
We're all in the same boat, and with each other's help and advice we're going in the right direction.

Why not get your colon out? It would probably improve your quality of life. I think if things ever got bad enough that's what I would do.

It is difficult, but I hope you can be proud that you are strong enough to overcome (or at least deal with) the difficulties.
