Okay... as some of you may remember, when my work slows down in the winter I started writing a cookbook. Actually two cookbooks. One for single guys ( a mans cookbook ) and one for UC friendly recipes ( even though what we can tolerate is so individualistic )
Anyways... now that winter has arrived again I'm ready to get started on it again. My question to you all is how many recipes is enough? LOL. Should I stop at 50? or should I go for at least ten in every catagory? I have main dishes, side dishes, deserts, appetizers/party food, and canning and preserving. Ten in every category would be 50 recipes. Or is 50 to many? Problem with this book is its so fun cooking and eating that I keep coming up with new ideas. Anyways whats your thoughts?
The guys cookbook for the most part are either very basic recipes or manly food. Lol. And things to impress the ladies with. LOL
The UC cookbook has gluten free ideas, soft type foods, ways to improve spinach, and things generally easier on our gut. Lots of alternative ideas. I also am going to add a area of salmon recipes in here since so many say its great for there gut ( although it seems to worsen me ).
If any of you have great tasting Recipes especially for the mans cookbook and would like to share them..... For the mans cookbook... I am thinking of making things easier for the single guy. Great tasting guy food... easy to make... that the ladies will be impressed with. LOL
They say every book has to have an angle to sell.... I think both of these have a decent angle. So... Any suggestions, recipes or ideas? Thanks
