entocort + steroid enemas = prednisone-like side effects?

Hello all. In addition to taking Entocort, my doctor now wants me to trade my Rowasa enemas for Colocort (hydrocortisone enemas). I am wondering if the cumulative effect of the two steroids might be just as bad as taking prednisone.
So far on the Entocort, the side effects are pretty mild, particularly if compared to prednisone (I have some difficulty sleeping, shakiness, mood swings, but no major problems). However, I know I also get some milder side effects when I take the steroid enemas.
Basically I'm wondering if mild side effects + mild side effects = major side effects?

I am trying to stay firm on not taking prednisone, but it seems foolish to give myself the "prednisone experience" with a combo of other drugs while steadfastly refusing to take prednisone. Has anybody else taken entocort and steroid enemas together? If so, what were your side effects like?

The side-effects of of the combo shouldn't be as bad as prednisone as the enema doesn't go through your digestive system like prednisone does. However, we all react differently so you can't be sure.

Also, if you're taking entocort and steroid enemas then that's a good way to target it from both ends instead of just orally with prednisone.
