Write to Congress HR 2084 for Autoimmune disease funding

Hi Healing Well!

I found some information that some may be aware of but after 2 1/2 years, this is my first time to see this. We can write to Congress to try to pass a bill that will allocate funding for our autoimmune diseases. Write your US Reps, ask your friends, family & co-workers to write. This bill started out with only 2 co-sponsors and now it has 25. Check out the link below and lets try to get more funding allocated to CURE our diseases and not just treat the symptoms. I'm working on my letter now,

Sorry to burst your bubble, but this bill is dead, for all practical purposes.
Its main sponsor did not even run for re-election, he retired.

Doesn't mean we shouldn't weigh in for dollars being appropriated for good research!
It would be more effective to write in January, after the new Congress is in place.

I think the social security administration is having meeting about autoimmunne disease for the compassionate allowance. They had one on cardiovascular disease in the fall. It was on their website.
