Has anyone tried this meal replacement? It supposed to have probiotics and digestive enzymes and be good for digestion. I'm having issues and can't eat solid food right now and was thinking of giving this a try to give myself some variety.

I also hear people doing juicing. Is there a book on this and any recommendation for a good juicer?

Honestly, I would not recommend any products by Garden of Life. I used both their Primal Defense and Fungal Defense products, and in both cases my UC symptoms got worse. I stopped and started both products a few times just to see, and each time I got sicker.

I've had good success with "Renew Life" products, I would check those out.

I love the Garden of Life Primal defense. I have tried many different probiotics and that one worked best for me but like anything with this DD, each person is individual and what works for one may or may not work for another.

Buy an auger juicer and juice greens. 100 mls of kale/collard green/turnip greens is pretty potent, in taste and GI health... Let us know how it goes if it helps!
