The only true cure has been Smallpox back in the 1930's. It's basically been wiped off the face of the earth.

Other potential cures have only been with vaccines and antibiotics for infectious diseases.

Meds designed today are only to treat symptoms of diseases which have yet to be proven that they are caused by pathogens.

If your pumping money into the pharmaceutical machine it will only produce what it's designed to produce. More toxic bandaid drugs.

Time is running out though and soon Crohn's will prove to be of an infectious cause. It's only a matter of time, but i'm not willing to wait around for them while they try to ignore the facts.

As Jesus said (and I paraprhrase) "...if they're not againts us, they're with us." Or, something like that...at any rate, though I am NOT a fan of giant entities such as "big pharma", the medical industry, or "multi-death corporations" (my punk rock take on mulitnationals), I am a pragmatist. If drinking yak pee and unicorn blood would cure my UC, I'd drink it. If some drug company can develop a medicine that will cure me without making hair grow on my eyes....I'm their buddy.

See... argh, Wish I had read this thread before getting all gung-ho for this fugazy walk for the cure business CCFA is running in DC this June...
