Well looks like im going to have to clip my best friend, coffee in the morning. i think its just upsetting my stomach in the morning and making me go.
Anyone know any really good tea K cups for a Keurig coffe maker.??

Lots of tea flavors are great. The dark teas have the most caffeine so they might effect the urgency of your bms the most: Earl Gray tea, English Breakfast tea, Vanilla tea, and Chai tea are some good ones. The fruity/herbal teas are usually no or little caffeine and probably would be much easier on your system: apple cinnamon, mint, strawberry, orange, and so forth.
I drink a couple cups of dark tea a day without a noticeable affect on my uc, but hey, everyone is different.

I like the earl grey one but it contains soy. The green tea with white tea is ok. I have a Keurig at work.
Edit: I mean the Celestial one. Not sure about
other brands.

Earl Grey -no soy, just lemon, can't beat it and yea coffee was one of the first things to go -it seems to turn UC into turbo-UC!

I love earl grey. My favorite so far is Earl Gray by the brand Bigalow.
Captain Picard drinks Earl Grey also.

I drink alot of English Breakfast Tea...has alot of caffeine but doesn't bother me except to keep me awake if I drink it too late.

Just picked up some Tazo and Twinings tea for my Keurig...been doing tea now for a few days instead of coffee, muuuuch easier on my stomach and butt. I still get enough caffeine so i dont get a freaking headache, yay!

Been reading this thread off and on. Decided to try some tea instead of coffee. Had no real urgency this morning. Went only 2 times. I guess a lot of my morning problem was the coffee! Have buy some more English breakfast tea for the Keurig. Miss my coffee!

Earl Grey, English Breakfast and Chamomile for the evening. I'm fortunate that coffee doesn't seem to bother me.

I find that I can still enjoy coffee IF I have a tummy full of food first. I can't drink it otherwise, unless I feel a colonic cleansing is in order!

My doctor used to recommend great tea herbs that aid UC.
Licorice Root, Marshmallow Root, Slippery Elm, Chamomile, Peppermint, Ginger and Green Tea. All decaffeinated.

Bought some tea with chamomile and fennel . Very soothing! Wish they made some of those teas for the keurig machine. The machine made me lazy. I guess you would have to buy some of the herbs loose and then brew.

The tea balls are good, and some come in a spoon shape that you can dip in, and use it again for the next cup.
hey, it's as easy as "boiling water"..lol.
enjoy
