Three eggs fried in lard, hash-browned potatoes or sweet potatoes, bacon, sausage, or liver/onions (Monday's). Some fruit. A bowl muffin made with coconut oil, cinnamon, coconut flour, psyllium seed powder, ground flax seed, an egg, and a banana which is topped with some berries and potato starch after being cooked. Kombucha and water for beverages.
