Humira and allergy shots

I have had my TB test, but was wondering if I can continue taking my allergy shots while on Humira??? Any one have experience with this??? Also, since the flu shot is a dead virus, can you take that as well on Humira??

I'm not a Humira expert but I don't see why you couldn't get allergy shots or flu shots while on it. If you haven't started the Humira yet I would highly recommend getting the shingles vaccine and the pneumovax but those are ones I believe you shouldn't do if you have already started the Humira.

Not sure about allergy shots, but you can take the flu shot - I was told I should take it before starting! It's only live vaccines that you can't have.

Thanks Gary, have already had Shingles vac., Pneumovax, Hep. B series and tetanus shot are all up to date.
