I just got an e cig last night. Hoping it can help. I am starting with 24mg nicotine. I am not sure exactly how much I have used but that is the dose on the liquid I got. Super noob. Hoping for some help from it tho!

24mgs is about as strong as you can get so go slow or you might get sick.

Thanks jacket. I am not an ex smoker. It's weird tho the e cig relaxes me? But yeah, I am hoping It helps. Worth a try 😎

good luck, girl!! i've tried the e cig a few times and i love it. my friend lets me use his cotton candy flavored one but even the plain is good. i know if i used it regularly that i would get nicotine overdose!! ahh

Thanks banana. I love the effects haha. Might be getting addicted. Do you guys know if you ingest any of the ingredients in the e juice? Freaks me out!!

Hi, Chrissy. In the 3-1/2yrs I've been vaping I've also been active on an ecig forum (ECF) and heard of no one that has gotten sick from it.
Occasionally someone gets a reaction to the VG that's used ( diarrhea), then they just switch over to the other ingredient used-PG.
Nicotine addiction is most similar to a caffeine addiction.

Oh ok. So yesterday I had a lot of blood and today I haven't had much and I haven't used my e cig. I also know that my symptoms are all over the place, but is it possible nicotine could
Worsen symptoms ?

With this crazy disease anything is possible, but that's not likely.
