brush off from doc?

I called the doc today, and the nurse practitioner that I usually talk with was out. So another nurse called me back. She said the doc wants me to give it another two days and see how I feel. If I'm still having symptoms, then call back. I'm supposed to be going on vacation on Friday!!!

Right now the D isn't bad at all. I'm actually a little concerned since I haven't had a bowel movement in over a day. All blood this morning when I went. No fever so that's good, but nausea and cramping is still bad.

At what point do you feel like the doctor is pushing you aside? I mean there isn't much more I can do, right? Any suggestions?

30 mg taper pred (day 4)
Imuran 100mg, Floristor

No improving, which is why I called. I started tapering off (per his instructions) on Fri even though I told him i was still having a good amount of blood and pain. He said to keep with it, basically. I was okay when I was at 40 mg but not here at 30mg. Symptoms came back.
