Agree with mom. There appears to be a discernible
difference between non-gmo corn and gmo corn. If it is GMO, then it could be the pesticides and processing causing the issues. Glyphosate is implicated in a variety of conditions, autoimmunity included.
My body seems to tolerate both fine, but I don't go near the gmo ones anymore. From a dietary perspective, corn is a good source of resistant starch.
