Will admins please look at this? I have a major favor to ask of anyone in the Colitis community

I'm currently in graduate school and am working on a project for my final assessment course (the culmination of every course we've taken in my program). I desperately need perspective in the form of survey answers for a product that I came up with. The product is actually marketed towards gastro patients (crohn's & colitis), (as well as many other patients). It'll literally take only ten minutes of your time if that. I didn't want to burden anyone by posting the survey before asking permission. If an admin could please advise it'd be greatly appreciated, thank you!
