Imagardener made a comment with an awesome suggestion on another thread with an idea about
easy to digest food. I never once considered it back when I was flaring badly. I'd just skip food altogether or make some kind of protein shake type thing.
I'm totally curious if anyone ever tried it? Also I am wondering about
those of us with food tolerance issues. I'm thinking the cooking and pureeing might make some of these intolerable foods tolerable again.
Anyway - whacky thought, but now I am wondering as I don't get very many veggies in my diet these days aside from soups as I cannot tolerate them otherwise.
EDIT: Organic baby food I should add..
