Likely because the nasal mucosa is connected to the oral/pharyngeal mucosa, which is then connected to the esophageal mucosa, which connects to the gastric mucosa, which connects to....you get the point. Entyvio alters leukocyte trafficking into any mucosa in the GI tract, and the nose/throat are included in that.
