Flare related to season?

I've seen this mentioned a few times and it seems my pattern so far with this disease is a flare up in the fall, regardless of how great I was feeling. My doctor asked about stress but honestly when this flare started I was feeling fairly NOT stressed.

Anybody know why it's related to season? Just really curious .....

Any chance that your diet changes in the fall? I notice I flare around the holidays and suspect it's all the treats that contain nuts and a definite change in diet.

A lot of people dont0recosnise early symptoms and tend to not notice when they get much worse....could be just bad timing and slow simmering inflammation.

Quincy, I guess that makes sense then. If it started off if slow soon after I dare off the preferred and that's just when it it comes to a point I notice.

Mrs. Brady. My first thought is no, but...that's something to ponder I guess...maybe there are foods I add...I do try to eat what's fresh in season...
