Ahh, study shows eating high fiber helps diverticular disease cuz it bulks up stool and doesn't allow pockets to fill
. Dunno what it would do to to ibd.
In generall, I like to think of white things high in pottaosim
(Potatoes, banana, cauliflower, apricots, milk,...)
Getting rid of the chronic D would probably be best
Have you tried librax? Bentyl? Those are good for ibs-d
Sometimes contraindiciated in ibd
