I got admitted several times with zero bleeding and, as far as I know, dehydration (not sure how you know when you're dehydrated tbh). The first time I went to A&E my main symptom was extremely high fevers on Remicade - the highest one reached 105F before I cracked and went in the next day. Hospital cocked that one up a bit. Basically they thought I had a bacterial infection, took me off IV steroids prematurely (I'd only been on them for a day) and sent me home a few days later with antibiotics. I didn't have an infection and was back in hospital a few days later, with a high fever and intolerable abdominal pain.
Every time I went to A&E they took my temperature and did a blood test. Only one time I wasn't admitted; the doctor gave me prednisolone and 30mg codeine to go home with though.

I'm glad you're starting to feel better and now have a diagnosis and medications. Hang in there, it does get better but healing does takes time.
"The diagnosis from the colonoscopy was Ulcerative pancolitis, Ulcerative rectosigmoiditis. Not sure what that exactly means as I was still drugged up when it was being explained to me." Ulcerative colitis is classified based on how far it extends within our large intestine, UC always starts within the rectum and goes upward. In your vase pancolitis means your entire large intestine is impacted by uc.
The other classification of UC is severity which is either mild, moderate, or severe. Did your doctor say which of those yous was?

I'm pretty sure she said moderate. I can't remeber exactly. I was pretty out of it from the sedation after I'd have to ask my wife to be certain.
