Bi-Peglyte prep?

Scope next week, doing the bi-peglyte prep, I've only done golytely before and I'm a little nervous about something new. Anyone had any experience with the bi-peglyte? I had no problem with the golytely.

It probably wouldnt be a problem. The sachets are PEG solution like the Golytely except that the amount is 2 litres and you take bisacodyl tablets initially to take up for what 2 litres of golytely would do, but maybe faster?.

I would go for it as long i could eat a light breakfast and start it the afternoon.I dont like flavouring.....but of thats all I vould get, I'd plug my nose while drinking it with a straw.

I think it's a great option.....what time do you have to start it?

Good to know the sachets are essentially the same, I can handle the taste of golytely no prob. I guess I'm concerned about the pills more than anything. Three pills seems like a lot....I'm hoping it's not going to make things super crampy. I have to fast all day the day before and take the pills at 8am, 1 sachet at 4pm and 1 at 9pm, my scope is 7am the next day. It's a bit different than the instructions on the box, but I'm glad I don't have to chug anything the morning of the scope... that always gives me poop-my-pants anxiety for the drive to the hospital! Lol
