Qing Dai lab tested enema

I saw Qing Dai and this vendor claims it is lab tested and free of all heavy metals. https://1stchineseherbs.com/qing-dai-fen-indigo-polygonum-tinctorium-pwd-1lb-lab-tested/.Is this the right product?

I wanted to know if anyone has tried Qing Dai enema? I was planning to mix 2 grams of power in distilled water and try as an enema. Is this a good idea?

Seems like a waste, tbh. Like any enema you're not going to go above the descending colon. If you have pancolitis like I do enemas only go so far. From what I've noticed mixing it in water is it doesn't dissolve well, so taken orally the granules make their way to the colon undigested, treating the whole colon. Enemas can't hurt, report back if you do but I think you're better off just taking it orally.

Not sure. Isatis Tinctorum is what I use.The problem with a lot of these sites is they charge a ton for shipping and it can take forever to get the stuff. I use this, it lasts a month and ships quick with prime.

I actually got the CC herbals blend. It has the Qing Das but also two other herbs. It did arrive in matter of days though....

Only problem I have with these blends is you don't know how much Qing Dai you're getting. The dosage for moderate UC is 3 grams per day, and there hasn't been the same level of clinical studies for treating UC for the other herbs. If there has been I'd love to see it. Surely the other herbs can't hurt, but we should isolate what we know works to see how effective it is on it's own and build up from there.

Yeah, this is true......but since it's already in my possession, I'll give it a whirl at some point. Right now I am isolating my RX meds as I want a good read on their efficacy on their own.

Basically anyway.....still consuming my ginger root tea daily (and the other things in my sig line).

Having bought CCherbal 3 times and opened the capsules to examine it, I don't believe there is anything in there but qing dai granules. It looks exactly the same. They changed it in 2014, before then you could see the different herb powders including a very light blue qing dai. Now it is mid blue/grey qing dai very similar to uncapsuled granules I have bought elsewhere. So 3 caps a day would be 1.8g if as they say there is 600mg in each. I think they make more profit just putting qing dai in them.
