I would echo beave's comment. See a rheumatologist.
But in the mean-time, you can try curcumin supplements. Some people think LifeExtension is a good brand (who knows, the shadiness of the supplement industry is a huge issue). I'd also try a more limited diet (AIP, SCD, GAPs) and see if that makes you feel better. It might, it might not. And I'd recommend trying a probiotic (again, who knows what you're really getting when you buy them, but you could also try to get your probiotics from homemade yogurt, kefir, unpasteurized sauerkraut, etc). Nothing is likely to be the golden bullet, but each can help incrementally.
