Hello,
İs trapping gas feeling common on uc? İs anyone experience this? Sometimes i feel gas traping in my anus area. Should ı countine to enama? Thanks.

AGH! Trapped gas is the worst. One of the more annoying symptoms of my UC. Definitely dramatically improved when I got the inflammation under control. I vote enemas, too, though for me it too oral mesalamine as my UC (and where the gas felt trapped) was higher up as well.

Absolutely a symptom of flaring, especially with limited rectal inflammation.

For sure keep using the enemas nightly. How long have you been nightly?

Are you also having constipation?
