Doctor/Ostomy Nurse Recommendations

Hello All

My husband may be needing his colon and rectum removed. I am in Houston. Can anyone recommend a surgeon and ostomy nurse in? I would like to start looking now.

You can find great colo/rectal surgeons in your area throught ABCRS, the American Board of Colo Rectal Surgerons. Once you have a surgeon on board, he or she will advise you on an ostomy nurse as they work in tandem with each other.
