Autoimmune bloodwork

For those of you with UC who have been tested for Anti Nuclear Antibodies (ANA) and Anti-Neutrophil Cytoplasmic Antibodies (ANCA), what were your results like?

I got mine tested a few weeks back. ANA was negative. ANCA was positive, MPO was 2.3 (0-20 = normal), and PR3 was 5 (0-20 normal). The immunologist who saw me said that I don't have any of the markers for auto-immune, and that my MPO/PR3 are "neither here nor there". I'm curious if others here with UC had abnormal markers in these categories?

I also have no genetics for IBD based on my 23andme assessment.

I didn't have the genetics either on 23 and me. I had positive ANA only while on remicade. The other info i don't know but I could try to dig up for you - but i am not sure it's available

Did you have prometheus? I was very high on the UC side according to that test.
