It’s a combo of corn bran and physllium, it really works . I don’t have to take senna to make me go and I have blood .I bought it off amazon as a joke for my husband, but it works for me. I’m trying to f8nd a name brand one that has the same ingredients so I don’t have to spend so much from amazon for a gimmicky box.

I can easily understand that. I eat lots of organic popcorn and take powdered psyllium seed whenever my stools start to become soft and loosen. That's not much different than your protocol.

I suggest you eat organic corn since regular corn is 90 percent GMO meaning it was saturated with Roundup (glyphosate). There are studies linking glyphosate with IBD.

Yeah eating GMO corn is bad news for the gut.

Why don't you just try buying a psyllium fiber supplement and take that instead?

Tried a small bag of organic Harris teeter popcorn last night.
Results not pretty this morning.
