So, after TONS of research, I am convinced my UC was caused by carrageenan and now I am trying to reverse this. Has anyone reached a similar conclusion? I also had a granuloma which research shows carrageenan can cause.
What is the best supplement for repairing Tight Junctions in the lining of the colon? L-glutamine is for the small intestine so that didn't work. I am looking into colostrum and Zinc Carnosine, but if anyone knows what I am referring to, I would love to hear your thoughts, research and experiences! Thanks!
