Green stool isn't usually a bile issue. Normally it's a rapid transit issue. Being liquid and green to me says that your stool is moving too rapidly for your body to appropriately digest food and reabsorb certain bile acids which can draw water into stool. Short transit time does result in green stool, specifically the small intestinal transit time.
Does the stool float? If you had lack of bile, the stool would float due to undigested lipids which float in water. You might also see greasy water.
Rapid transit could be from C diff. It might also be a good idea to evaluate anything that would cause rapid transit such as diet, meds or inflammation.
