Ewa, don't beat yourself up about
trying to find something that might help you. Anything worth doing in life takes persistence and usually multiple failures. I had cupboards full of failed attempts, in the way of supplements I bought over the years, before things finally clicked for me. Now I have a better sense of what might work for me by experience, intuition and reading articles and reviews carefully, but it takes time.

This is my first time hearing about
bpc 157 as well. I highly recommend checking out Examine's page on it. It sounds like it's orally effective, works well with UC complications, is anti-ulcerative and is neuroprotective. I would be cautious though as it seems to have a potent effect on serotonin even orally ingested.
It sounds really fascinating especially for tendon damage.

yes, you are right Boris, everything is trial and error, unfortunately in case of uc, the list of 'top worst' supplements or medications would be much longer

as for bpc, what puts me off a bit is that they write about
angiogenesis and cancer connection
