Probably still good. Generally, most medications are good for over a year (and often much longer) past their expiration date. Worstcase, is the medication isn't as potent and looses some of its strength past the expiration date (90% potent is better than zero).
I'd recommend taking one of the enemas out (preferably one still within the sealed, foil packaging), taking the cap off, and looking at the color of the liquid within. It's normal for the content to darken a bit over time. It's normally white, and can get a bit darker in tone and that's acceptable. If it's jet-black probably gone bad.
I've read getting swRowasa is challenging, to say it politely.
