Poopydoop, yes I wonder too about what exercises are safe. Low impact, but which ones and how much at one time. So are you taking prolia? I need to research that one.

Yes, they told me i can stay on prolia for up to 10 years (that's as far as the clinical data go because it's a new drug), but eventually will probably switch to bisphosphonates once there is no chance of kiddies.
