If you check our signatures you will find that popular supplements include probiotics, psyllium, fish oil, curcumin, etc. Some of these might help, you need to decide for yourself since everyone is differrent.
As far as which BRAND of supplement to buy you should check out the labels. Some manufacturers haven't figured out yet that what you leave out of those pills is just as important as what is inside. Everyone complains about
the additives in processed foods but I find that many supplements have ingredients and excipients that can cause problems too. Stuff like carrageenan, maltodextrin, sorbitol, carboxymethylcellulose, or polysorbate80, etc.
For example below are two separate brands of melatonin. Check out the labels. The first product is full of junk like maltodextrin and silicon dioxide, stuff that is guaranteed to cause me problems. The 2nd product is just melatonin within a gelatin capsule.
