I to think many things modulate the immune system in some way to block inflammation and/or damage from inflammation. A few things, including some nutritional one, can also promote mucosal healing or help regulate symptoms like D, which can persist even after inflammation is treated.
Anything that needs to be taken ongoing, whether medical or supplemental, can be debated as cure or mask - or just say effective treatment.
It is problematic to say that meds only "mask" and then suggest (without any evidence, basis, or specifics) that there are natural things that will "cure" not "mask". That is semantically problematic, and a bit unhelpful to have on a forum where people are seeking knowledge.
I think folks who what to explore lifestyle, probiotic, traditional med, nutritional approaches, or other supplements can find ideas and feedback here. I see it discussed a lot. Generally with the qualification that it likely won't work for all.
There also seem to be folks like the OP with agendas, or maybe just frustrated and angry. If you insist that others here agree that meds "don't work" and "only mask", don't be surprised if you get pushback form the more scientifically minded.
