No, but I read the reviews and someone said that humming is good for autoimmune diseases... something about
the vagus nerve and helping with pain and inflammation. I like this one, since my kids got to be teenagers I am careful not to hum. Couldn’t hurt to try

I’m also going to book a visit for acupuncture in the next few months.
I also followed the Pamela popper food list for almost a week and that helped me because I was making lots of rice and potatoes and cooked carrots ahead of time making me less likely to get hungry and eat processed junk food.
I’ve been meaning to go on a two or three day of veggie juice diet at some point for a while, thinking it could give my body a break.
In regards to all of this, I think it’s been well documented that the placebo effect exists. Furthermore, playing around with my eating habits makes me feel like I have some control. UC can be so disempowering, trying alternative treatments with medical treatment feels empowering.
