Suppositories

First of all apologies if this is not allowed on the forum, I am not sure. Of course delete if inappropriate.

I have read about these suppositories (won't mention the commercial name just in case) which are made of hyaluronic acid, Aloe vera, Calendula officinalis,Centella asiatica and Tea tree oil which seem to be very effective for piles and fissures and are also used for the treatment of proctitis due to radiations for cancer treatment. On the product website is stated that these suppositories (and cream) can help mucosa healing in case of ulcerative proctitis too. Has anyone used this before? Any comments?

The products names are: Proktis-M and Cicatridina. There are a couple of studies (on mice) where it is shown that topic HA can enhance 5-ASA healing effect but nothing else. It seems that all the ingredients in these products have been studied and tested to ameliorate dextran sulfate sodium-induced colitis in mice.
One of this product has been studied for proctitis caused by radiations and it worked but it has not been tested for UC proctitis.
I shall report back if I find any info specific for UC.
