only my rectum is inflamed then i can caused diarrhea and bleeding?

i dont know exactly where is my inflamination it is a question only?..but if i have pain then it is always in the rectum side.... i have 1 bm solid per day and 2 -3 -4 fluid mucus

Hi Hambo, looking at your posts in December this seems to be an ongoing problem. You also mentioned having hemorrhoids with can cause bleeding. I am not sure if you ever addressed those since December or not.

Don't you have a colonoscopy scheduled this month? What is your dr telling you now? Sorry you are still having trouble.

Inflammation first appears in the rectum. Inflammation is most severe in the rectum. The rectum is the last section to heal.

How much of your rectum? If it's near the sigmoid or up into....it will cause diarrhea.

Tell us again if you're on rectal meds?

i am using solo medrol suppository 50 mg. but it too much medrol for me., i dont like it and i take 4 mg medrol orally and entivio....
mesalamin is effective in enemas?

Only used them 31 years and suggested Ucers try them since 2003. Lots of success from what I read and experience. I'm sure many of us have mentioned them to you in threads you've posted, but maybe time to at least give them a try if Medrol isn't an option for you any longer. 4gram dosage would be best for now.
