hasn't Humira been used for years if and when Remicade would fail? Many people went down this route and achieved remission. Just curious.

I believe the point is remicade and humira are so darn similar (tnf-alpha-blockers), that if you tried one then jump to another class of biologics. Seems they are saying humira as a whole isn't as effective as remicade is.
