I had a question for those using Xeljanz. Have you gained weight since using it? I am a competitive triathlete and have put on around 7lbs since using it over the last 7 months. Now it could be because the first time in 4 years I am totally healthy but with the amount of exercise I do and my diet I for sure should be losing more weight. Any thoughts out there?
Thanks

I didn't gain weight on xeljanz (until lockdown started and I can't exercise as much...). It's probably because your body is absorbing food better than before.

Hi Hugo,
This isn't Xeljanz related. I am also a triathlete, not super competitive but newly diagnosed with UC. I have a few questions, can I start a new thread to ask you a few things?
Thanks,

I have been on Xeljanz for over a year now and have gained 20 ibs which I put down to not having UC issues now, so my body is getting more goodness from what I eat. My diet has remained the same for a few years now.
I am a senior but I am fairly active as I live on a farm so get a reasonable amount of exercise.
