Does Humira or Remicade cause sudden perforation?

Hi. My friend is Japanese. She has been diagnosed with Chrohn's disease six years ago and had an operation.
Her symptoms improve. These days she is using Humira, and she has been controlling the disease. She worries about her sickness only when she overate a little bit.

At the end of last year, she met her doctor.
He told her that.
A patient has no diarrhea, no pain and, standard CPR. He has been on Remicade or Humira. However, he might have perforation suddenly. It may happen often.

After the operation, she was worried that the intestinal obstruction might happen every day for two years.
Now, she has been bothered by what the doctor told her.
The hospital is the medium size in a small city. This type of case happens once a year.
She concerns that it really will do happen often.

Is there anybody who has that kind of situation, or who heard about that?
