Ugh I'm so sorry. You have my sympathies. I think kidney stone pain is the worst pain in the world. I had stones for the first time a year ago. Too big to pass, got lodged in my left ureter, needed surgery. But it took them 4 days to get me to the operating room. I never knew such levels of pain could exist in my body without actually killing me. All I could do was scream and roll around until they gave me more morphine. They told me after that that I'm a "stone former" and to be careful in the future. Oh joy. I NEVER want to experience that pain again.
The main thing I do now is make sure I get enough citrate every day, from orange juice or supplements. Does bowel surgery increase stone formation, somehow? I'm guessing dehydration plays a role. I avoid spinach like the plague. It's not very nutritious anyway. If I cook kale, collards, or chard, I boil them first in water and then throw away that water. This gets rid of a lot of oxalate.
