pfizer vaccine and flare?

Novadays my colitis was relatively in good status, i kept up my plant base diet and i was on xeljanz and not perfect everything but i can live. my life like a human my bm was 1-2 solid/day. (with lopedium)

Have you heard any similar story like mine?..( below details)

i received the first pfizer and thisafter about1,5 - 2 weeks started a mild flare.
is this possible that this mild flares after 1,5 week the first dosage caused by pfizer? and i could not go out this flare till second pfizer. Before this i dont have similar mild flare such long time like then..



4 weeks later i received the second dosage pfizer and next day i had hard bloody diarhea...i had 7-8 time bm/day.

the second harder flare was because of the pfizer i think.

but the first flare can be because of the fizer?after 1.5 -2 week the first dosage?

and how many days u have need to come out from this flare?

Yes, in one of the focus groups I'm part of which is for IBD and covid, there are people reporting that covid vaccinations are making them flare, especially the 2nd shot. Many report delayed reactions.

I think in some auto-immune patients, vaccination causes a hyperimmune response. Doesn't matter what kind of vaccine it is. A lot of us get flares when we get infections. The immune system charges up to attack the infection but in doing so our bowels suffer collateral damage.

I've been avoiding the covid vaccine until phase IV data or equivalent comes out, which won't be this year. We need more information on auto-immune risks. With other kinds of vaccinations, they have caught auto-immune complications in the phase IV trials and then either reworked the vaccine or scrapped it completely. Since the covid vaccine is experimental and lacks phase IV trials, I can't in good conscience take it. I have to wait for the science to weigh in. The last thing I want is a flare, and a different kind of flare that's triggered by something I can't stop. At least when it's food poisoning I can take activated charcoal or something.

You should report your reaction to VAERS online. It's a self-reporting system. Not enough doctors are doing their jobs, so consumers have to self-report. Less than 10% of adverse reactions are currently being reported. We need this important data, so do your part!

What did you read when ibd patient had flare up because of the vaccine how many time they have need to calm down this flare?
And other problem this material is in our body...is this meaning my body contously attack it in my rest of my life?
Or they who have reacted the vaccine with flare how long time have need till calm down this flare up?

I also had Pfizer vaccine, but everything is OK. I sometimes wonder if there might be a psychological factor behind all these flare after vaccine, people are afraid what's perfectly normal and it affects uc

Im a Xeljanz user and no problem with flaring on either of my two doses of Pfizer.
