Starting medication after scope, right away or wait a day?

Should I wait 24 hours to start medication oral and rectal since my colonoscopy cleared out ? What about probiotics?

I've always started immediately. Should be easier for stuff to be absorbed if nothing else is in there...

I have always started asap! Hopefully this updated round of meds will help you heal.

What meds did you get? If it's steroids, or something like that, I might wait so I could get some rest tonight
