Start Visbiome while flaring or wait

Hey Guys,

Quick update: On remicade every 4 weeks at 5mg/kg, 150mg of Imuran, and using the hydrocort enemas nightly too, along with 7.5 of prednisone.

Failed all mesalamines, 6mp, humira, simponi, and entyvio. Recently been recommended for me to get surgery.

I just had a scope this past Friday and there's been improvement since my last flex sig a year ago. Last year I had severe inflammation throughout, and now its just severe from rectum up, 25cm.

Fighting to increase my dose of remicade to 10mg/kg currently. If that doesn't work stelara would be next and then xeljanz...

Being that there's improvement from a year ago, I decided to pause the surgery for now.

I've never tried VSL#3 or Visbiome. I bought Visbiome because it sounds like they were the original manufacturer.

I don't know if I should try it now, or wait until I'm out of this flare. (if that ever happens)

poopydoop-I don't want to make things worse than they already are. I kinda feel like I'm teetering. Right now I have about 5 bm's a day with some urgency and bleeding. Not perfect, but its been much worse.
