Expired enemas-still ok?

So, I have a stockpile of enemas, which are horribly expensive, so I'd hate to waste them, but they have passed the expiration date on the box. Is this a case of just not guaranteed "as effective", or are they truly "spoiled" you figure?

How far past the effective date are they? I would use them for up to at least 6 months beyond the date.

After the expiration date the effectiveness decreases, but I wouldn't use them after 6 months. Also too, you might notice they start to change color after their expiration date and can stain more.

I've used rowasa enemas that were just over a year old, for those just make sure the fluid is white and isn't black. Supposed to darken a little over time.

I’m in this situation now, my mesalamine enemas are 10 months past expiration. I wonder what your experience has been using expired mesalamine enemas.
I used 3 enemas so far. Hard to tell if they are working. Doesnt help that over the years mesalamine enemas have become less effective on me.
I recall the first time i used mesalamine enemas, it was like magic
