Technical Issues? Contact Admin directly

As most of you know, Healingwell new ownership has initiated some "behind the scenes" technical upgrades/changes. This has created issues for some members, apparently not all. I was able to solve a few of the problems, however it is really an administrative issue. So going forward, if you have any issues, please contact the Admin directly at Admin@healingwell.com. Please note, it is not that we don't want to help, its just that all we do is contact the Admin, so members may as well do so directly, as most technical issues are not issues that we can resolve.

If anyone you have direct contact with is having issues and has not been on the forum, please let them know as well.
Caveat: the response time/rate of the Admin has been less than ideal so far. So you may need to try more than once. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Please, please, please...would they please add the signatures automatically to the New Post, Reply, Edit and Quote Reply, as is in the quick reply. If people don't want them in posts then THEY can change it.

I am still having problems so have sent a message to the admin. Hope this gets resolved as the site is fairly unusable to me. Pages load so slow (if I can even get to the forum at all -- some days it just times out). And when I try to comment the comments don't always go through -- it just sits and spins. We'll see if this one posts.

I spoke too soon. When I posted my comment above it took a little while to post and now things are slowing down again. I hope this gets fixed soon.

I haven’t had any issues — mostly use my iPhone to check posts.

I had one day where a huge annoying ad popped up. That went away but I certainly hope that doesn’t come back! I’d probably look for a new forum if ads were all over the place

I only access from my laptop, if that matters
