It's been several months since Enjoygolf has checked in here. I am wondering how he is doing with treatment of his eye issues.

Maybe if he is lurking he will give us an update.

Just Saw the Post-Thanks for checking on me-I have been really busy taking care of my wife. We were on a trip at Thanksgiving and she fell and has a spiral Fracture to her right Humerus. She had to have surgery to have a rod placed from her shoulder to her elbow. She is right handed and this is a slow healing process.
That being said I have been getting injections in my eye for Macular degeneration and the Dr is pleased with the treatment. He has just extended the interval to 10 weeks.

Very sorry about your wife's accident! Hopefully she will bounce back in good health. (When our forum member Old Mike needed emergency colon surgery a couple years ago, his wife was recuperating from 2 broken wrists.) It's great news that your eye treatment has gone well so far, and I wish you and your wife steady progress toward recovery from your indiviidual medical issues. Oh my, so sorry to read about your wife's accident! I know nothing about this type of surgery, any idea how long this will take to heal?

I'm glad you checked in & hope that you are taking care of yourself too. Keep us posted when you can.

Straydog, I've also been wondering about our member Faithmac in FL. She was scheduled for shoulder surgery in late winter, but hasn't posted since then. / Old Hat

Old Hat and Straydog- hope all is well. My wife has gone through 3 1/2 months of PT snd is about 95%. Dr says she has done great. Macular is under control and now just have an injection once every 3 months and Entyvio every 8 weeks. Thanks again for checking in on me.
