Safer medication options

I am on entyvio for a year and may have to switch. I picked entyvio based on safety profile among all the options. Are there other options that have same safety profile? Which one you will pick if you have to switch? Thanks.

Stelara has a good safety profile. Rinvoq is associated with a (small) increased risk of thrombosis in certain groups of patients.

You're welcome. Rinvoq was only licensed for crohns last year and for UC in 2022, although clinical trials were running for a few years prior to that. However since it is relatively new the full safety profile is still being determined.
