Question about salofalk suppositories

Hello everyone,
For those who use or have used salofalk suppositories, do you get black filaments in your stools? I've been using suppositories for several years, and I've had black filaments for about 1 year, is it blood? Or is it a reaction to the medication? I find it really weird and it didn't do that to me before.... Thank you for your answers!

I was on salofalk suppositries a couple of years ago and found I would leak a greyish liquid with black in it, stool also had black in it. Was told it was just a side effect. I ended up changing to another mesalamine suppositry which doesn’t have the same effect.
