Thanks Old Hat. I guess not much they can do until they can get a proper diagnosis. Looks like I have a major electrical conduction problem 2017 right bundle branch block, still have that. Who knows 41 years of UC inflammation may have caused it,old age, agent orange exposure, smoking, fibrosis. My bacteria also probably resistant now, from all the bags and bags of antibiotics from the colectomy.
On facebook pace maker group,I see a disturbing number of wound infections. Just before surgery I frantically did a bag change while in the ICU,cleaned up the area as best I could with the help of a nurse.
Other funny things. Had at least 2 doctors ask me if I was a doc, since I knew a lot of the technical jargon, of course I researched the possible problems when they started.
Cardio team comes into the ER,nurse says, I know you, I said yes you do.
I knew half the cardio team, since my wife had 2 stents and a valve replaced in the spring.
She is turning 80,runs around like she is 40.
Other weird thing, the day this started,I go to cardio rehab with her, then out to dinner, come home and it starts.
That's why this whole thing is nuts.
As far as the surgery goes, this whole thing was a nothing burger, compared to the colectomy.
Hopefully good for another 10 years of battery life.
I now have a hybrid engine. LOL
